Dear Conference Participants,

I once again wish to express our gratitude to all of you!

The 2nd International Conference on “Organic Sector Development in the Central/Eastern Europe and Central Asia” held 10-11 September in Tbilisi, Georgia has been an important event. I would like to congratulate all organisers – Organic Services, Organic Federation of Ukraine, the Georgia Agriculture University and Elkana for such a successful conference at this important stage of our history when organic sector is at starting place of development in our country/region.

Sincere thanks to all the speakers, moderators and all participants for bringing such important insight into the debates around organic sector development in the region.

When I opened the conference few days ago, I couldn’t imagine that the two days of the conference will run so fast. I’m sad that it ended so soon – for me this was a splendid time of active and open interaction with diversity and richness of the organic expertise & experiences from different countries. The time was short, but enough to get know more about each other, make contacts, build partnerships... That’s why I believe that the conference was successful. The filled in evaluation forms and already received several feedback messages also support my judgment.
